10-11am CrossFit Daytime

    • Open to members and non-members no need to have completed our ‘On Ramp- Introduction’ a simplified version of the day’s class for newcomers alongside the daily WOD for seasoned CrossFitters.

 

MONDAY-FRIDAY - DAWN PATROL

  • 6.15am -7.15am
    • Early morning CrossFit Class following our pre-planned daily programming.

DAILY - PM CrossFit Classes Mon- Fri

4.00PM/5.00pm/6.10pm/7.15pm (Except Friday)

A BROAD GENERAL FITNESS PROGRAMME- designed to give you the best results from your hard work, training in an hour a day and having a great time whilst doing it.

CrossFit Sweatfest - Sat 9.30 / Sun 5pm

 

Celtic CrossFit Introduction Programme:

FREE TASTER sessions + introduction On Ramp course

Tuesday/Thursday 6.10pm  

     

    TUESDAY, THURSDAY AND SATURDAY - CELTIC WEIGHTLIFTING CLUB

    • 6-8pm (Tuesday and Thursday) and 9:30-11:30 (Saturday at Open Gym)
      • Newport’s First and ONLY Welsh Weightlifting Affiliated Club
      • Sessions to improve your Olympic Weightlifting movements the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk and improvements in strength required to become better at Olympic Weightlifting
