- 6-8pm (Tuesday and Thursday) and 9:30-11:30 (Saturday at Open Gym)
- Newport’s First and ONLY Welsh Weightlifting Affiliated Club
- Sessions to improve your Olympic Weightlifting movements the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk and improvements in strength required to become better at Olympic Weightlifting
