You won't find treadmills or machines at our gym- the only machine we train is the one you're in right now, your body. You won't have just one training partner but many and they'll be with you all the way through a workout. Sweating and cheering you through the whole process. At Celtic CrossFit we aim to continue to build a community of individuals who are passionate about movement and achieving their goals.
We create an environment that makes it easy for you to achieve your goals. There won't be hours of walking on treadmills or boring programmes you've used a million times. In fact the hardest thing you'll have to do is step through the doors.
Celtic CrosFit is for Everyone All our workouts are designed to be scaled and varied according to your fitness level. Our members are made up from all walks of life; teachers, students, busy executives, mothers and tradesmen. Our experienced coaches will ensure each workout is tailored to your fitness levels. Your Grandmother could and should do CrossFit.
